Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies only to IdleCuber distributed on iOS through the Apple App Store (the “App”). It does not cover other NeonGold LLC products or other platforms.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Summary

• We do not require an account or sign-in.
• Game progress is stored on your device.
• We do not currently use our own analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
• In-app purchases are processed by Apple. If ads are shown, Google AdMob may process limited data as described below.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information stored on your device

IdleCuber stores game progress and settings locally on your device (for example, save files and preferences). This typically includes gameplay state such as currency balances, unlocks, settings, and similar progress. It is not uploaded to NeonGold servers because we do not operate a player account backend for the App today.

If you delete the App or clear app data, this local progress may be lost unless you have a backup created by you or your device.

2.2 Information we do not collect ourselves

We do not ask you to provide, and we do not collect through the App today:

• Name or postal address
• Email address (except if you email us for support)
• Photos from your camera roll or camera
• Precise location
• Contacts

Cosmetic “picture” style cube skins use art bundled with the App, not photos from your camera roll (unless a future update clearly adds that feature and updates this Policy).

2.3 Information you choose to send us

If you contact us (for example at support@neongold.gold), we receive whatever you include in that message (such as your email address and the content of your request) so we can respond.

2.4 App Store and payments

IdleCuber is distributed on the Apple App Store. In-app purchases are processed by Apple, not by a NeonGold payment page inside the game. Apple may collect and process payment details, purchase history, device identifiers, and Apple ID information under Apple’s privacy policy. NeonGold receives purchase entitlement signals needed to unlock what you bought (for example, confirming a product was purchased). We do not receive your full credit card number.

2.5 Advertising

If the App shows ads (for example rewarded ads), we may use Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or use:

• Device identifiers (such as the Identifier for Advertisers)
• IP address and general device/network information
• Approximate location derived from IP (not precise GPS from us)
• Ad interaction data

On iOS, you may see an App Tracking Transparency prompt where required. You can also limit ad tracking in your device settings.

If you purchase or unlock a “no ads” / supporter-style entitlement, the App will stop showing ads for that installation according to the product description.

2.6 Diagnostics

We do not currently integrate a third-party crash or analytics SDK (for example Firebase, Crashlytics, Sentry, or Unity Analytics). An App package may include unused engine or SDK modules; IdleCuber does not send analytics to NeonGold. Apple may collect limited diagnostic or usage data under Apple’s policies when you install or use apps from the App Store.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Operate and improve IdleCuber
• Save your progress on device
• Fulfill purchases and restore eligible entitlements through Apple
• Show ads where enabled, or suppress ads when you own a no-ads entitlement
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal information. For IdleCuber on iOS, we may share or disclose information only as follows:

Third parties process data under their own privacy policies. Review:

• Apple Privacy Policy
• Google Privacy Policy (AdMob)
• Google advertising privacy

5. Data retention

• On-device game data: retained until you delete the App, clear app data, or otherwise remove it.
• Support emails: retained as reasonably needed to handle your request and run our business.
• Apple / AdMob: retained according to those partners’ policies.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to a mobile game that stores progress locally. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your device and your Apple ID used for purchases.

7. Children

IdleCuber is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact support@neongold.gold and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Parents and guardians: use device purchase controls and Screen Time tools as needed.

8. Your choices

• Uninstall the App or clear app data to remove local progress from that device.
• Manage purchases, subscriptions (if any), and refunds through Apple.
• Limit ad tracking / reset advertising ID in iOS Settings.
• Respond to App Tracking Transparency prompts where shown.
• Email us to ask questions about this Policy.

Because we do not run player accounts, we generally cannot remotely delete local-only progress on your device; uninstalling the App is the usual method.

9. International users

We are based in the United States (Colorado). If you use the App from outside the U.S., you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers or platform partners operate.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new effective date at https://neongold.gold/idlecuber-privacy. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
